S3D priority mail woes

JUst a warnig: i recently sold a viewer on this list and shipped it to
the buyer via US post office priority mail. IT never arrived.
the US post office is extremely unhelpful about this situation and had
me fill out 4 forms, and quickly told me that it could take 6 weeks to
find out anything... if at all.
wish i had sent it UPS with ground tracking abilities..
anyone else been burned by US post office??]
I now eat the cost of the viewer...
sucks...
