S3D re: priority mail woes

I absolutely agree. I received a vintage camera that arrived damaged. I
filed an insurance claim with USPS in May and am still waiting for a
resolution, the reason being that USPS requires the seller/shipper to
sign the insurance form. For whatever reason, he has refused to do so --
and USPS won't process the claim. 

Furthermore, claims with USPS can't be file before 30 days. By the time
I was able to file a fraud claim with eBay, its statute of limitations
had expired. 

I would highly recommend any serious purchase/sale be shipped by UPS or
other carrier.
