I spent a good bit of time reading through the user agreements, etc the
other day and decided they didn't provide enough service (int'l for example)
for me to want to use it.

To answer your specific question, if you can not get your money out, and
they go belly up, then you are out the money. Your customers paid you via
your recommended method, and are done with their end of the transaction. My
two cents worth...
