I have been buying things from this list occasionally and many payments
made to the US by simple Postal Money Order (issued from Holland). I have
found the method 100% sure, although very slow (12 weeks on average).

I just got a comment that apparently not ALL postoffices in the USA accept
Postal Money Orders; apparently SOME postoffices only accept PMOs only from
North America?

Is there anybody who can confirm this?
