Thanks Brian!  However the Realist 45 is a "different animal" than
the David White Realists.  It was made in Germany for Realist and
it resembles closely the Iloca 2.8 as discussed recently in photo-3d.
My book deal only with the David White Realists.  There is only a
brief mention of the Realist 45 and that's about it.  Info about
