Of all the stereo books from the 50s I consider this one, " Make Your Own
Stereo Pictures" by Julius Kaiser one of the best.  Over 300 pages of
useful info, camera reviews, techniques and advice. Well illustrated (with
no wasted space for on poor quality stereo images), it goes beyond the
Realist Manual with descriptions of all the stereo cameras available up
until 1954. Pros and Cons of many cameras and issues are discussed in
simple and precise terms.

Especially interesting is the comparison between planar and stereo
photography, and the Close-up chapter. The book is in excellent shape
without scuff, tears or folds. Includes the original dust cover, which is a
little worn.
