John R's response kicked it off for me. All you have to
do is look at my reply to Sam. I said that toe in causes
circles to become egg shaped. True if you are at a finite
distance (perspective point is near object). Not true if
you are infinitely far from the object as you are in an SEM
shot. If you are infinitely far from the object, form is
conserved and not distorted by the perspective point being
nearer one part of the object than another part of the object.
