RCA Electro-Optics handbook sez:

Tungsten
Lamps (DC)               T                Lum. Flux (for interest)

10W                    2400K                 79 lm
100W                   2850K               1630 lm
1000W                  3000K              21500 lm

Spectrum at 2856K peaks at about 900nm.

The sun is given as about 5900K.

Is that what we are after?
