Re: Colour correction.



Hi friends,
It would seem that most transparency material (with the exception of 64 
ASA Commercial Ektachrome) is balanced for daylight,  specifically 12 
noon at around 6200 kelvin.

I use standard film for desk top photography by adding a blue Wratten 
80A filter to convert the daylight to artificial light and this gives me 
very satisfactory results.  Anything better and you'd probably need a 
colour temperature meter....and how many people have ever seen one of 
these?
