Oops! Can you tell us more about how that works? I had heard
that you had to have one column of pixels for the black line and
an adjacent column for the white line. I suppose that's only
if you have perfect registration between the lines on the test
target and the columns on the CCD.

I agree. But who knows how fast this field will progress?

My niche for it is for web pages showing our work progress. It's
really perfect for that. Gives me the right number of pixels and
more to spare, not a really excessive number of pixels which you
would get from 35 mm.
