I am surprized Jon Golden has not spoken up yet. The RBT Macro 
Attachment has selectable aperature plates. I believe you can only 
have two different ones in each attachment, but you can specify which 
ones you would like when you place your order. I currently have one 
on order that will have a 6mm and a 13mm.

As far as I know, none of the production models have been delivered 
yet, so this couldn't be the system that was used.

The other possibility is the interchangeble marco lenses offered by 
Hugo deWjis (also carried by Jon). He offers, I think, six different 
aperature separations in lenses that attach to any 35mm camera. 
Obviously you couldn't change lenses underwater, so you would have to 
have a different one for each lens.

Jon - please correct me if any of this info is incorrect!
