Here's Joel's "Spicer mount" sizes:

Half Frame (Nimslo/Nishika)  Normal (16x21mm)

Realist                      Normal (21.5x23mm)
                             Close-up (19x23mm)
                             Reduced Height (21x20mm)

European                     Normal (28x23mm)
                             Close-up (26x23mm)
                             Reduced Height (28x20mm)

Extra Wide                   Normal (31.5x23mm)

  The standard sizes are the same or bigger than
your RBT numbers.
