I expose HIE at 250-320  ISO and develop with Rodinal 1:25 6.5 minutes
at 68 F. Never had a problem.  If the problem persists, check the
accuracy of your camera's meter.  This combinations should give you nice
whites, nice blacks and the superb middle tonal range HIE is famous for.
