IR Film Processing

I have been presoaking my IR for one minute and washing for an equal time
after the fixer with Rodinal using tap water as the developer.  Should I be
presoaking longer, Two minutes or more ?
Should the interim wash also be longer - two minutes?  My final wash is
fifteen minutes which I assume is sufficient.    My problems with pin holes
has been minimal.  Answers please!!!
