I have heard of some sort of "intensifiers" mentioned on various
lists... would this allow me to get more printable negs from this bad
strip? They are REAL thin.....

The info sheet that comes in a box of HIE says 8 1/2 min at 20 deg. for
D76 - I thought that by going to a 1:1 dilution for 12 minutes should
have been close!
