Peelable Varnish for toning prints

Has anyone ever used a peelable varnish for toning effects?

I'm trying to find one to use and not having much luck. I've tried rubber
cement but it didn't hold up to the emulsion swelling and I'm not sure how
safe it would be to the longevity of the print.

If anyone could recommend a brand name or a place to order from I'd be most
grateful.
