Of couse, I am an atheist. I just can't believe that anyone could consider
the first three
comandments as truly inspired. I did a lot of research on hallucinatory
drugs and they
were well known as far back as 5000 years ago (Eleusian Mysteries). What
you see
in chuch is a chemist making an LSD deriviative (You can read: John
Fuller's Book
The Day of St. Anthony's Fire to explain the bread and the fish and so on.)
Considering
the times back then: these drugs were thought to be something more than a
drug experience and of course there was money in it. The Maji, were
magicians who had a whole range
of drugs from mixing DMT from the local Acacia trees with the MAO inhibitor
from
Syrian Rue to make a very powerful experience. John Allegro, who worked on
the
Dead Sea scrolls, wrote extensively that Christ was a mushroom, Amanita
muscaria and
he even found a drawing, but the deal was secrets. So, as far as any real
proof of
an afterlife...there is none. the Egyptian expriment failed....this is it.
Let's make the
best of it for everyone. chuck
