Kodak IR can be very rewarding in dull conditions. It won't give you the
glowing effects of sunny day IR shots but it doesn't look like conventional
film either, it has a more subtle effect all of it's own. I use it in cloudy
overcast and stormy wheather and love the results. It can be interesting at
night with artificial lights too - or even with flash. Just experiment. The
worst thing that can happen is that you waste some film, only it's never
wasted of course - it's learning.
