Clive, I've sent you private email about this in the past, but 
perhaps the mails got lost in one direction or the other.  The
question is probably worth asking here though - I can't be the
only person in the UK who is interested.

The prices on the web site are in USD and have costs for Air mail
to the US.  For UK, do we have to convert from USD, or do you have
a basic UK price that you get the US price from?  And how much
do you need for UK p&p?

If that's too commercial a question for the list, a private
reply would be great also.
