  $70 US for a working Realist is a good deal AFAIK.

  The rangefinder adjustment cover is inside the
body (remove the back door). There should be a tiny
screw to adjust inside the hole. It may not be centered
in the hole and may be a little ways in. It's been
a long time since I did mine.

  If you really can't find the adjustment screw
then perhaps it came all the way out (fell out).
Them you might have to remove the bottom leather
and cover plate to access the r-finder mechanism
and see what is wrong.
