Perhaps my biggest reservation about making a MF projector is the spacing
issue.

Some folks claim that slides which are meant for projection should have
less OFD than slides intended for viewers.  Since I learned this, I have
abandoned further experiments into projected stereo, since my eyes seem
able to accomodate.  Since I can't see the problem, I can't mount to avoid
it.
