I have the same problem with my Ricohmatic 225's.
So I made up a jig that holds the cameras upside
down on the tripod. You can see it at:
http://www.angelfire.com/ca/erker/twin225.html
I countersunk a hole and press fit a 1/4-20 nut
into the plywood. The cameras are held in place
by some screws, threaded spacers and hook dealies
that grab the strap lugs. YMMV.
I never used this jig to compare my lens FLs
but did use it to check my infinity focus after
I selected (and installed) the pair of lenses
I was going to use in the cameras.
