Sorry, but no way can this be done.  If the focal length of your
Roundshot is decreased, the whole cylindrical mechanism the camera is
built around would also have to decrease in size.

I've also got the Roundshot 35/35S -- good camera although I too wish it
had a shorter focal length.  28mm would suit me fine!
