I recently asked Seitz Phototechnik about accomplishing this technique with
their Roundshot 220VR camera.

"I would like to setup my 220VR camera in a moving automoblie (car) to
photograph buildings across the street so that the image is free of
perspective (orthographic)."

There is a "Moving" mode on the camera and here is Werner Seitz's reply:

1 Mount the camera head so that it is looking sidwise of your car
2 the street you are driving should be smout and straigth
3 the distance from the car to the houseses should be as much as pararel
as possible ( always same distance to the houses.)
4 mesure the distance and enter this to the computer ( the value can not
be infity )
5 when all the street is 300 m long enter a longer distance on
objectlengt like 500m
6 trie to find out how fast you drive and enter this value in to speed (
m / sec )
7 now start driving and befor you rech the point where you like to start
your picture press start
8 the film i s now running in front of the slit with the speed that is
calculatet from your distance value and the carspeed.
9 The smoother your car is driving the better results you get.

I'm planning to try this soon!
