I had absolutely nothing but grief with the Spinshot camera; I finally
returned it in frustration. In my opion it is
horrible and should be thought of as a toy. If you are interested in that
type of camera by all means look at the Globuscope. I have one that I use
for a lot of QuicktimeVR work and I love that camera. The difference (as you
would expect due to $) is night and day between the two cameras.

cheers,

Also, I meant to ask about the Spinshot and some of the other less expensive
cameras that I saw on the B&H Web site about a month ago. The Spinshot is no
longer pictured on the Web site, though there's a note that one must now
call directly about the camera because of either (1) limited availability or
(2) a very low price.

I think when I last saw this camera on the Web site, it was something like
$800.

Anyone know much about this camera?

Thanks,
Katherine
