B&W Slides

If memory serves, there was a discussion some time ago about black and white
slide film.

I just opened a new box of Kodak Technical Pan 2415 film at work and saw a
referrence to direct positive developing. I called my local camera shop and
inquired. They do carry the kit called Kodak T-Max 100 Direct Positive Film
Developing Outfit (Catalog #812-1188). They sell it for $37.10 and it makes
one quart. There is a developer, reverse developer, two bleaches, and a wash.
It seems that this was made for T-Max film although other films (such as the
Tech Pan) can be used as well.

I have not found a lab that is or has done the processing, but several said
they would do single batch developing. One said they would have the
processing available all the time with a minimum per month amount.

Has anyone used this product? How did it turn out?

Thanks for the time,

David W. Kesner (no I'm not a doctor - just a nickname)
