PDF 3D FAQ

I just checked and there does seem to be a problem with the 
3DFAQ in the pdf format. Since we don't have the pdf distiller 
software here, maybe someone can re-generate it and send it over
to the library? (I forget who did that the last time)

I do note, though, that on my machine if I tell it to go to page
9 specifically, it will complain but still display that page. Might
be worth a try on your version of pdf viewer, too.
