Thanks for the suggestion. I did try this, but it still displays a 
blank. In fact, When I was using my PC with the screen resolution set 
to 1024x768 x 256 colours, displaying the faulty page would crash the 
reader (GPF). I got around this by changing to a different display 
resolution.
