A company called Photographic Solutions, Inc. makes several products for
cleaning and restoring slides, negatives, and prints.  I have used PEC-12
(Photographic Emulsion Cleaner) for removing mold from slides, and highly
recommend it.  After posting a message to a photo newsgroup, I received a
response from the company, offering help and free samples. Contact them at:
