Yes, I think it's worth seeing.  I agree with their description as "one of the
better films of its type" (not that that necessarily means much...).  The plot
is noticeably Ray Bradbury (and it does HAVE a plot, which is more than you can
say about a lot of other "films of its type").  The 3-D is carefully planned
(witness the striking shots through the free-standing fireplace in the
beginning, and the...ah...peculiar "boinging alien eye" effect).  I hope they
have a much better anaglyph print than the one I saw, though, which had a
strong overall yellow (!) cast to it, and was very badly faded, so much so
that the 3-D vanished repeatedly.  It was only a 16mm print, though, and
hopefully the Eastman House can do better.

P.S. MIDWESTERNERS PLEASE NOTE:
     "It Came from Outer Space" is also going to be shown April 19 and 20 at
     the University of Minnesota West Bank Union Auditorium at 7:00 pm and
     9:30 pm.  I just hope they got their print from a different supplier than
     the one used in the Bryant-Lake Bowl showing last summer.
