Thanks for the response!
My guess is that your best bet might be 90mm Optars or something =
similar.
These were mostly used on press cameras, and they're usually mounted in =
the
same short of shutter that the more common press-camera lenses (like =
135mm
Optars) come in. You didn't say whether your Graflex camera has a rear
shutter or not, but if it does, you could just fix the front shutters =
open.
These lenses will cover 4x5, but with little or no coverage to spare
I have a Optar 135mm f/4.7 It has only the one shutter in front of the =
adjustable hole (f/stops). When I trip the shutter, I see another set =
of blades behind it (closer towards the film plane) that adjust with the =
arperature.
, so you
probably won't be able to use any movements. But they're the commonest =
lens
I know of that will for sure cover the format, so your chances of =
finding two
of them used are probably better than almost any other suitable lens.
I haven't priced these in a long time, but if I had to guess I would say =
they
probably go for of order $100 each these days.
The only lenses I saw (B&H catalog) were over $1,000 !!!!! I only have =
one graflex, so I'm looking at single lense stereo right? I would also =
be interested in a dual lens that I could fit into the graflex to make a =
pair on the sheet film all at once.
