Stereo World Magazine - Help!

Can someone tell me the phone and address of the organization
that publishes Stereo World! I would like to start getting that
magazine. I have visted their web site and left numerous messages
but I don't think they read them (been leaving messages for months).

Would anyone have some old Stereo World mags they want to sell 
for cheap?  ;-)

Also, Kudos to Andrew Wood who wrote all those 5 minute reviews 
of 3D movies for photo-3D. Yes, some of us do scroung through the 
old issues of this list. Search: "5 minute review". There should be 10.
