As Allan Woods said, you could have a problem with the color red in
your scenes.  In addition, anaglyphs are a little uncomfortable for
many people because of a sort of retinal rivalry of color.  It just
feels a little weird. There's no question it would be easier from an
equipment standpoint, though.  You'd still lose a little light because
of the filter glasses.  Blue and red are pretty weak colors, and the
blue output of an incandescent lamp is not all that strong anyway.
