Policy regarding sell-3d?

For those in the San Jose area, the store called "Software Etc." in the
Valley Fair shopping center is having a 50%-off store closing sale,
and they had at least 2-3 Virtual Boy sets last I heard.

Since I have no connection to the store, it's not something *I'm*
selling. Should it still have been posted to S3D, and *not* to P3D?
If this is the policy, and if a P3D subscriber who is not subscribed
to S3D comes across a relevant item, should they ask a moderator to
post it? (I can see how moderators might want people who are selling
items themselves to be required to subscribe, but this seems to be a
different situation.) Or is it OK to post notification of a store sale,
etc. to P3D, as long as you're not the one selling the item?
