Why prints?

        Why are prints easier to show to intimate groups?  Well, as has
already been stated there is the enjoyment of handling this physical print
and exploring the 2D images while you wait for the viewer (see Stereo World
Nov/Dec 1996 p.23).  There is an aesthetic pleasure in holding the printed
view, as well as seeing the 3D image.  I do not think the same is true of
the stereo slide where the pleasure lies in seeing it once in the
viewer...no matter how nice those RBT mounts are! ;-)
