****** I really think it just wouldn't have fit the story line as well...
16 minutes isn't too long in my book and they had four characters with
dreams to explore.

****** Some of the scenes didn't yank the effect right away and these were
some of the best ones. On several occasions, when the camera stopped moving,
there was no real reason for it to have been stopped. I've seen regular
shows with more ongoing camera motion. I agree with your estimate of an
ideal percentage, though I'd love to see a *test video* in which several
mixtures of percentage are experimented with. Some who have seen the Alaskan
Pulfrich video and liked it, might be able to comment on the percentages of
2D vs. 3D effects in that video???

****** More quantity of unintentional Pulfrich, yes, but better effects?
Not likely. These scenes had quality by intention that is definitely missing
in the accidental stuff. (something to be said for the expensive sets and
computer enhancements) Most accidental Pulfrich is filled with pseudoscopic
effects due to mixed or rapidly changing directions for the motion. It's
still fun.
