DrT opines that his hand can't reach the plane of the stereo
window when viewing slides in his T'dRB.

Here's a supplemental experiment for DrT: Close one eye. Now
where is the 2D window?

Also a question: what do you see in your peripheral vision when
you look in the viewer, George? Sitting at my desk and looking
in the viewer, I see the portable partition on my left, the ugly
green filing cabinet next to my desk, a book shelf 90 degrees to
the right of the direction of my gaze, and much more. These
distractions interfere too much with any attempt to believe I
am "really there."

Gee, sounds like a cue for the MF stereo folks to chime in with
the advantages of their format! :)
