Jeremy,

I'm certainly not as experienced as many others on this list,
but I have done this. The rear element is held in place by a
spring-steel retainer with three "arms". I used a small flathead
jeweler's screwdriver to get between the arm and the wall. While
rotating the blade slightly to disengage the arm from the groove,
lift slightly on the arm to keep it from snapping back into place.
Then proceed to a second arm and repeat. Once you have two disengaged,
you can lift out the retainer and then the rear element.

BE SURE to note the orientation of the rear element! It is a double-
concave lens that is NOT symmetrical; orientation counts!
