C'mon Dalia,

That was another individual's heartfelt response to transactions he 
had observed on this group. No one's feelings are ridiculous or 
beneath comment -- dismissing those perceptions is hardly likely to 
encourage the contributions of a sensitive individual. 

Most of the time this group is pretty civilized, but a glimpse 
through the archives will reveal plenty of evidence for the cruel 
criticism perception. The fellow's perception is neither ridiculous, 
nor beneath comment. The net has much to learn about civility...
