RBT mounts

I'm fairly new to this list, and Realist cameras in general.  The
only mount I've used so far is a slip-in type, and it was VERY
hard to get things aligned perfectly, I thought.  Vince spoke
highly of these 'RBT mounts':

What does the 4-p, 5-p, 7-p mean?
What is the difference between wide and full-frame?
How do I know which I should be using?
Where can I order these mounts?
