Sunny-16 rule: Set the shutter speed at 1/ASA and the aperture at f16.
This is a good setting for a sunny day. In your case, using ASA 100 film,
set 1/100 and f16 on a sunny day. If it is not sunny, open the aperture
accordingly.

Yes, modern light meters have 1/125 speed indication and not 1/100 as the
Realist does. However, the 1/100 in the Realist might not be exactly
1/100. Some testing is in order. I use 1/100 when the meter reads
1/125 because I don't think that 1/4 of an f-stop will make a difference.
