Here in Cleveland, a friend and cooworker is offering mounting 
services to locals and club members.  He does an excellent job
using heat-seal cardboard mounts.  He is charging $10 per 36
exp. roll and I think it is reasonable since it takes him one
evening to mount a roll (obviously without any automated
equipment).
