Stereo astrophotography article in Astronomy magazine

The November issue of Astronomy magazine has an article on stereo
astrophotography called "Seeing Double" by Larry Landolfi. They
printed four stereo color stereo pairs, two of moon trails, one of
Comet Hale-Bopp and one of the Big Dipper with trees in the foreground.
All the individual images are 3 3/8" wide, so I'm not sure how they
expect anybody to view these, their only suggestion is to learn
to free view. In addition, the article says that Kodak doesn't do
stereo mounting, and in explaining hyperstereo, doesn't say anything
about the 1 in 30 rule of thumb.
