Actually the bottom right corner notch (or witness mark, as Paul points
out) is the right image and not the left image.
As Paul mentions the witness mark is not on the print itself. You
use the witness mark from the negative to identify the right negative
and match the scene with the print. Personally I never do this, and just
freeview to determine the left and right image. Much faster even
than find the perspective change in the images. So it looks like this
case is a file headed for Unsolved Mysteries!
