P3D 3D Toy Viewers

It was just about that time that I was trying to get something going with a
3D movie viewer. I was working for a movie producer named Ed Pressman at
the time. His family is in the toy and game business. We were just gearing
up to film Conan the Barbarian, and I came up with what I still think is a
pretty good idea for such a viewer to be tied in with the release of the
film. I consulted with 3D guru Chris Condon and found that he already had
put together a camera similar to what I had in mind, and I presented the
whole idea to Pressman's mother, who was head of the toy company. Alas,
like most Hollywood schemes, the whole thing crashed and burned. Now I
spend all day babbling to myself and conversing with the Internet. Warn
your children!
