Sounds good to me, but then why not leave the P3D charter as it is?
It's been working fine for most people so far. I understand the
concern of a segment of the population not interested in digital
3-D and vice-versa. But I think that's the beauty of P3D, it is
sort of a melting pot of the different fields of stereo imaging.
Therefore, I would go along similiar lines as was done with T3D,
creating a list dealing solely with the technical and/or advanced
aspects of digital 3-D. Or as Dan suggests creating a list for
50's 3-D photography. Or two new lists, one digital and
another for 50's stuff! Now how's that for 3-D polarization!?!
This would leave photo-3d for general 3-d. G3D? ;-)
