P3D Realist/operator malfunctions

Hello,

I have two problems with my Realist or me, and if someone
has the time, please help! :)

Problem one:  one frame of the pair is slightly out-of-focus
and doesn't have the same rich color as the other.  It is
the same frame of the pair every time.  Is something wrong
with one lens?

Problem two: On the slide sleeves, my frames are sometimes
clearly divided by a thin line and sometimes the frames run
slightly together.  Is this an advancement problem with the
Realist or operator malfunction?
