I think the camera's manual may go for $6, but don't recall the "full book-let"
going that low.  Certainly $42 is a wild price though.  But! the 
posting said that it was RARE, as some Realist f3.5 ads say too....  :-).

Of course, if *I* were selling it, it'd sell for the starting $1 bid and
I would have forgotten to mention that the buyer pays postage,  so I'd
end up losing money on the transaction.  :-)
