I'd recommend switching to RGB color. If your stereo pair is in black and
white, place the left image in the red channel and the right in the blue
and green channels. You may want to experiment with lightening the
individual channels if your color is too saturated. If your stereo pair is
in color, copy the red channel of the left image into the red channel of
the right one. That's it.
