DUGGAN REPLIES:
After you have typed any article in Ami Pro or Word Perfect, or
presumably in any word processor, used the SPELL CHECKER, and SAVEd it:
1) Highlight (select) the entire article by holding the left mouse
button down as you move the mouse pointer from top left to bottom line so
that the entire article is blackened or selected even if several pages
long;
2) Click on EDIT and then on COPY;
3) Close Ami Pro or Word Perfect or whatever processor you just used;
4) Open your E-Mail and click on COMPOSE MAIL or WRITE or whatever you
normally do to write an E-Mail;
5) Place the blinking mouse pointer in the area for writing your E-Mail,
and
6) Click on EDIT and then PASTE, and your article is now transferred to
your E-Mail, but also remains in your word processor if you save it for
future use.
7) You can now add addresses, subject, and add more text if you wish,
and of course add CC addresses for all persons who might be interested.
I have sent copies to others who may be more knowledgeable than I am in
case anyone wants to suggest a more efficient way to do this.
I hope this helps.
